Appetizer Wines

Before or between meals, serve these wines chilled. Great with nuts, cheeses and hors d'oeurves. Wines include: Chablis, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon or White Zinfandel.

Cheese & Wine

These two are naturally complimentary. Some Cheese and Wine pairings include (wine is listed first, then cheese): Barbera wtih American Blue, Barolo wtih Parmesan, Cabernet Sauvignon with Cheddar, Chianti with Parmsan, Merlot with Cheddar or Muenster or Pinto paired with Monterey Jack, Swiss, Gryere, Brick or Parmesan.

Light Meal Wines

Serve these wines at cool room temperature with steaks, chops, roasts, game, cheese dishes and pasta. These wines include: Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, Grignolino, Merlot, Syrah. Pinor Noir, Rose or Zinfandel.

Dessert Wines

Try these wines at cool room temperature with fruits, cookies, cheese, nuts, cakes and tarts. Dessert wines include: Muscat, Late-harvest types, Port or Cream Sherry
