Pumpkin Chili Gluten free

Ingredients


1 - 3 pounds ground turkey or beef

2 - 1 medium onion, chopped

3 - 2 cans (16 ounces each) hot chili beans, undrained

4 - 2 bottles (12 ounces each) chili sauce

5 - 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted

6 - 1 cup canned pumpkin

7 - 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

8 - 1 teaspoon salt

9 - 1 teaspoon sugar

10 - 1 teaspoon pepper

11 - 1 teaspoon chili powder


Instructions


1 - In a large Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no


2 - longer pink; drain.


3 - Stir in the remaining ingredients.


4 - Add water if desired to reduce thickness.


5 - Bring to a boil.


6 - Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour.


7 - Yield: 11 servings.
