Creamy Dijon Dressing  
Ingredients
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon no -salt-added tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Directions
In a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, tomato paste, garlic, mustard, anchovy paste, and hot pepper sauce. Process until smooth.
Place dressing in a serving bowl or pitcher. Serve immediately. Or, to prepare dressing in advance, cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
