2 tablespoons milk |

1 teaspoon unsweetened apple juice |

2-3 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted |

Fresh vegetables, for dipping |

Place the blue cheese, cream cheese, milk and apple juice in a small bowl; beat until blended. |

Cover and chill. |

Right before serving, stir in pecans. Serve with vegetables. |
