Blue Cheese Dip with Chopped and Toasted Pecans  
Ingredients
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon unsweetened apple juice
2-3 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
Fresh vegetables, for dipping
YIELDS 2/3 CUP

Directions
Place the blue cheese, cream cheese, milk and apple juice in a small bowl; beat until blended.
Cover and chill.
Right before serving, stir in pecans. Serve with vegetables.
