| Broiled Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp |

Cooking spray |

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard |

1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce |

3 tablespoon maple syrup |

2 tablespoons bourbon |
| • |
½ teaspoon chili powder |
| • |
24 jumbo shrimp, tails intact, peeled and deveined |

6 thin slices prosciutto, each slice cut lengthwise into 4 strips |

4 (8-inch) skewers |

Preheat broiler. |

Coat a broiler pan with cooking spray. |
 |
In a bowl, whisk together mustard, teriyaki sauce, maple syrup, bourbon, and chili powder. |

Add shrimp to mustard mixture; toss to coat. Remove shrimp from bowl, and discard marinade. |
 |
Wrap 1 prosciutto strip around each shrimp. |
 |
Thread 6 shrimp onto each skewer. Set skewers onto broiler pan; broil for 3 minutes per side or until done. |

Serve. |
