Caprese Salad on a Stick  
Ingredients
10 (6-inch) wooden skewers
30 basil leaves
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 30 (1/2-inch) cubes
30 grape tomatoes
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions
Thread basil leaves, mozzarella, and tomatoes onto skewers.
Set assembled skewers on a serving platter.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar; evenly drizzle over skewers.
Sprinkle skewers with salt and black pepper.
Serve immediately.
