¼ cup pitted green olives, chopped |

¼ cup pitted black olives, chopped |

¼ cup jarred pimentos, drained and chopped |

2 garlic cloves, minced |

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning |

Black pepper |

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |

Slice cheeses into uniform appetizer-size pieces then alternate on a platter. |

In a bowl, stir together olives, pimentos, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and olive oil. Pour over cheeses. |

Refrigerate cheeses for 2 hours or overnight. |

Serve with a variety of breads and crackers. |
