Blue Cheese Dip  
Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
3 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 (4-ounce) package crumbled blue cheese, divided
Yields 1 ½ Cups

Directions
Process first three ingredients and half of the blue cheese in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
Gently stir in remaining blue cheese.
Cover and chill for 2 hours. Serve dip with pear or apple slices, or crackers.
