1 deli rotisserie chicken, skinned and meat removed from bones |

5 scallions, sliced on the diagonal |

1 cup shredded carrots |

1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and water chestnuts halved |

¼ cup Asian sesame salad dressing |

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt |

1 head Boston lettuce, separated into leaves |

Hot pepper flakes, for garnish |

Shred meat into bite-size pieces, placing in a large bowl. |

Add scallions, carrots and water chestnuts to bowl. |

Whisk salad dressing and yogurt together in a small bowl. Add to bowl with chicken mixture then toss to coat. |

Spoon chicken salad into lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with hot pepper flakes, if desired. |
