| Breakfast Burrito with Eggs & Ham |

½ teaspoon salt |

l tablespoon butter |

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided |

¼ cup salsa |
| • |
½ cup chopped fully cooked ham |

2 flour tortillas, warmed |

Extra salsa, to garnish |

Sour cream, to garnish |

Place eggs and salt in a small bowl; whisk to combine. |

Add butter to a large skillet set over medium heat; heat until hot. Add eggs to skillet then cook and stir until eggs are partially set. |

Add ¼ cup cheese, salsa and ham to skillet. Cook and stir until eggs are completely set. Spoon scrambled egg mixture evenly between tortillas. Sprinkle eggs evenly with remaining cheese. |

Fold sides and ends over filling then roll up. Top with extra salsa and sour cream. |
