Breakfast Burrito with Eggs & Ham  
Ingredients
4 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
l tablespoon butter
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
¼ cup salsa
½ cup chopped fully cooked ham
2 flour tortillas, warmed
Extra salsa, to garnish

Directions
Place eggs and salt in a small bowl; whisk to combine.
Add butter to a large skillet set over medium heat; heat until hot. Add eggs to skillet then cook and stir until eggs are partially set.
Add ¼ cup cheese, salsa and ham to skillet. Cook and stir until eggs are completely set. Spoon scrambled egg mixture evenly between tortillas. Sprinkle eggs evenly with remaining cheese.
Fold sides and ends over filling then roll up. Top with extra salsa and sour cream.
