Cheesy Baked Ziti Alfredo  
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package ziti
2 (10-ounce) containers refrigerated Alfredo sauce
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 ½ cups grated mozzarella cheese

Directions
Prepare ziti according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.
In a bowl, combine Alfredo sauce and sour cream. Add to ziti, tossing until the pasta is evenly coated.
Spoon half of the ziti mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and parsley then spread evenly over the pasta in baking dish.
Spoon the remaining half of ziti mixture over the layer of ricotta. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes, or until cooked through and bubbly.
