| Cheesy Baked Ziti Alfredo |

1 (16-ounce) package ziti |

2 (10-ounce) containers refrigerated Alfredo sauce |

1 (8-ounce) container sour cream |
| • |
1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese |
| • |
2 large eggs, lightly beaten |
| • |
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| • |
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley |
| • |
1 ½ cups grated mozzarella cheese |

Prepare ziti according to package directions. Drain and return to pot. |

In a bowl, combine Alfredo sauce and sour cream. Add to ziti, tossing until the pasta is evenly coated. |

Spoon half of the ziti mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. |

In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and parsley then spread evenly over the pasta in baking dish. |

Spoon the remaining half of ziti mixture over the layer of ricotta. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. |

Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes, or until cooked through and bubbly. |
