Mixed Green Salad with Orange Vinaigrette  
Ingredients
1 small head of butter lettuce
1 small head of red leaf lettuce
1/2 small head romaine lettuce
6 tablespoons walnut oil
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
1 green onion, minced
Sugar, pinch
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions
Wash all lettuce thoroughly and dry well.Tear into medium to large-sized pieces. In a large glass serving bowl, combine oil, vinegar, orange juice, green onion, sugar, and salt and pepper. Whisk until emulsified. Adjust the seasonings as desired. Toss the lettuce with the vinaigrette then serve.
