1-Green Onion Minced |

½ tsp sesame oil |

¼ tsp hot chili oil |

1 Tbsp garlic, minced |

¾ cup peanut oil |

7 tsp. rice wine vinegar |

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk together. This will make 1 ½ cups dressing. |

This dressing is great on grilled pork, seafood, and your favorite salad. For those of you that are allergic to peanut products substitute with canola oil, or olive oil. |
