Fresh Blueberry Strudel  
Ingredients
1 cup butter
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
2 cups blueberry jam
6 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
¾ cup chopped nuts
¾ cup flaked coconut

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a food processor, process butter and flour to fine crumbs. Add sour cream; mix well. Form a dough; divide into 4 pieces, then form each piece into a 7-inch log shape. Refrigerate 8 hours. Roll each log out into a 10x14 inch rectangle; spread with equal amounts of jam.
Mix breadcrumbs, nuts and coconut; sprinkle equal amounts over jam. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place on baking sheets. Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool; cut diagonally into 1-inch widths.
