2 pounds catfish fillets (4 to 6 fillets) |

1 cup sour cream |

¼ cup parmesan cheese |

1 tbsp. lemon juice |

1 tbsp. grated onion |

½ tsp. salt |

¼ tsp. red pepper |
| • |
¼ tsp. paprika |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place catfish fillets in a single layer on the bottom of a well-greased 12? x 8? x 2? baking dish. |

Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Spread mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. |

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily. If desired, garnish with parsley sprigs. |
