Spicy Pork Ribs: Dark Beer Marinade  
Ingredients
2 bottles dark beer
2-4 tablespoons hot sauce
6 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
10 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons hot pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup soy sauce
4-5 lb. pork rib rack

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Allow the beer to go flat for a more complete blending of flavors. Pour over ribs, flipping ribs to ensure complete coating. Marinate at room temp for 2-3 hours.
Cook on the grill over medium high heat, 15 minutes per side. Leave plenty of space between ribs on the grill to allow for even cooking and complete penetration of heat and smoke flavor.
