- Guests of Gooseberries Fresh Food Market and Spiegelhoff's Kenosha Supervalu can fill out entry forms at the store with their contact information (name, address, email or phone). Each form will have an opt out on the bottom to be placed onto Chocolate City Travel's email list.
- Guests can also find a hidden icon within the Gooseberries Fresh Food Market online ad. Once the icon is found, they can enter to win the contest as well through Chocolatecitytravel.com who is maintaining the online entry forms. Guests will be given notice that they are leaving the Gooseberriesmarket.com website to enter their information with a separate party who is hosting the contest. Entrants are asked to enter their information and are given the chance to opt out of receiving future communications from Chocolate City Travel. Guests will only be contacted by Chocolate City Travel if they choose to upon entering the contest. It is not a requirement for winning.
- The dates of the contest will be July 1st through September 6, 2010 with a winner being chosen and contacted within three weeks of the conclusion of the contest by Chocolate City Travel via phone or email dependent on information given by winner.
- One winner will be drawn between the two location entries. Winner must be 18 years or older at the time the contest is concluded. The winner will receive a three night, all inclusive trip including air fare for 2 people. This trip will need to be redeemed through Chocolate City Travel with destinations that Apple Vacations has on their approved list. Some blackout dates will be applied by Apple Vacations. Redemption of the trip is required by December 10, 2010.
